It would be worthwhile to point out few important issues related to the show as follows: 

• All payment must be paid in favor of 'Bangladesh Computer Samity' through Pay Order or Demand Draft.
• In order to get Member's benefit, all dues (if any) at BCS including membership subscription should be paid before submission of booking application.
• Early Bird discount is available till September 21, 2008, and after that time the deadline for Regular Registration is October 21, 2008.
• Full payment for Stall booking should be paid at the time of submission of Application Form.
• For pavilion booking, minimum Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka fifty thousand) only should be paid, and rest of the amount should be paid upon finalizing floor layout design. In case, this payment (Tk. 50,000.00) exceeds calculated rent of actual pavilion area upon floor layout design and space area of interest of the exhibitor, the access of amount, if any, will be refunded to the applicant. The sizes of pavilions might be approximately either 15sqm or 30sqm, equivalent to 150sft or 300sft respectively.
• Any amount that BCS might woe to pay to any intending participant will be adjusted at the time of booking stall / pavilion.
• Date of allotment of stalls and pavilions will be announced upon final floor layout design soon, while the allocation will be made on first-come-first-serve basis upon the choice of stall/pavilion by the exhibitor; however, BCS Members will get preference.
• A Company can apply for any number of Stalls; however, if the circumstances arise to accommodate maximum number of BCS members, allotment of stalls might be limited to two.
• A Company can apply for any number of Pavilion(s).
• BCS will provide structures of Stalls with company name written on the fascia board.
• BCS will not provide any Structure for the Pavilions. The Exhibitors will have to make those on their own.
• BCS will not provide any chair, table, decoration and arrangement of lightening to the Exhibitors of either category. They will have to arrange those on their own.
• One electrical outlet with maximum power consumption of 1kw for each stall will be provided and that for pavilion will be 4kw.
